"Very cool"

date: January 24, 2008

Always been a fan of retro-revival games, and this has got to be one of the best I've seen. There were no connection problems in the game I played, which is saying something considering very few multi-player flash games even exist. The graphics are crisp and move along smoothly. I also like the details you took the time to add in. It would have been enough to just have the players trying to zip around the screen and shoot each other, but you went the next step ahead and created both an array of items and a stat system. An excellent flash and I look forward to more.

"Aren't formulas fun?"

date: January 24, 2008

You've created one right here. You have a photo-shopped cat that shakes, add a dump house, a mansion, and some random item a cat would have, make up a few cash values, and end with the same frame every time. All together it runs for about 14 seconds (I timed it). And best of all you use the same song every time. The original concept was SLIGHTLY cute, but still not really that good. And each edition of this "series" is nearly identical, so the premise never evolves past you inserting random images in back of a photo-shopped cat. If you are serious about making this entertaining, I would suggest trying to evolve the concept (which shouldn't be hard considering it is bare bones). Make the cat into a character, make up some wierd reason why the random items fixes up the house, or add another character with dialog. Those are 3 quick ways this could improve, pick one.

"Not sure how this made it through the portal..."

date: January 24, 2008

...but it could not have been by any artistic or comedic value that I put stock in. Random words and images coupled with a lolz cat does not always mean funny. Even random humor has a little bit of order in it, an improv comic draws from certain formulas he/she comes up with before hand. Also, it does not help that this is particularly short even by flash standards.
